§         In 1997-1998   I worked to organize and prepare the International Symposium "Ecological problems in medicine". The Symposium was held within 7th International Congress of Ecology in Florence, Italy,1998 and I served as a chairman of this forum. As a chairman, I was responsible to organize the speakers, to lead the oral and poster sessions, to write a report on the Symposium for providing the post-congress publications.

§         In 1992-1995    our research group , including more than 20 specialists and appropriate equipment, acted in regions around Chernobyl ( Krasnogorsky and Klintsovsky districts of Bryansky region, Russia). Our main task was to organize dynamic monitoring , research and treatment of the children with endemic goiter ( it was due to the radioactive 131Iodine pollution).

§         In 1989- 1991  I worked in the unsatisfactory ecologial regions ( Zarafshan, Uzbek Republic; Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakh Republic) to organize examination , medical service and research in  population. Our main task was to assess the ecological change's influence on human health.As a result has been written a book of recommendations on these matters.
